    Verified from a combination of public records (county assessor, property records), licensed third-party data providers, and validated phone/email databases.
  • How accurate is the data?
    Phone numbers are verified against active-line databases at the time of delivery. Homeownership status and estimated wealth tier are modeled from public consumer marketing data and may be presented as ranges rather than exact values.
  • How often is my CRM data refreshed?
    Initial enrichment hits all existing leads. New leads are enriched on a configurable cadence — daily, weekly, or on-demand — depending on your package. You can re-run enrichment on stale records anytime.
  • Is this FCRA / TCPA compliant?
    We provide enriched data, not credit reports — so this is not FCRA-regulated activity. For TCPA, we provide phone numbers and best-call-time guidance, but you remain responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with TCPA, state DNC, and your local broker's compliance policies.
